Every project starts with a proper chat. Free, no pressure, usually 30 minutes on the phone, on a video call, or over a coffee if you're nearby. We'll talk about your business, what you want the website to achieve, and what “success” actually looks like once it's live.

This call isn't a sales pitch. It's a conversation about your business. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you straight. If we are, you'll have a written proposal within a few days: a fixed price, a realistic timeline, and a plain-English breakdown of exactly what's covered. Once you approve it, the price is locked.

THE BUILD

Four steps, no black boxes.

You see what's happening at every stage. No three-month silence, no surprise reveal. Just clear, visible progress with you in the loop throughout.

  • 01 · The Groundwork

    Logo and brand assets, existing copy, photography, login details, and third-party integrations. We start design work as soon as we’ve got what we need. Timing: usually a week or two.

  • 02 · The First Look

    An initial design concept, typically the homepage and one key internal page. We don’t count revision rounds against a limit. Sign-off triggers the first invoice, 50%. Timing: 2 to 3 weeks.

  • 03 · The Build

    The full site built out, every page, every feature, every integration, with a proper end-to-end review before launch. Timing: typically 3 to 6 weeks.

  • 04 · The Launch

    Hosting set up, DNS changes, redirects, analytics and search console, on-page SEO, indexing, performance checks. The final invoice, 50%, follows. Timing: a few days after build sign-off.

Launch day isn’t goodbye.

Every new BrainWeb site comes with a proper aftercare package built in, not as an upsell. The first year is covered. After that, it’s your call, no lock-ins, no gotchas.

Beyond hosting and maintenance, we offer hourly and fixed-rate work for anything else your site needs: new pages, fresh content, SEO improvements, AI chatbots, and whatever else comes up.

  • How long does a full project take?

    Most projects run 8 to 12 weeks from the first conversation to launch. Simpler brochure sites land at the shorter end; bigger e-commerce or integration-heavy builds at the longer end.

  • What if I don’t like the first design?

    Tell us. The First Look step exists specifically so you can react honestly and early, before we’ve built anything. We don’t count revisions against a limit.

  • Do I have to write all the content myself?

    Not necessarily. We can help with copywriting, AI-assisted content writing, and stock or commissioned photography.

  • What if I want to stop working with you after the project?

    It’s yours. We’ll hand over everything, transfer the site to whoever you want, and wish you well. No lock-ins, no gotchas.
