C & A Quality Services
A multi-page WordPress site for an international aerospace and quality consultancy, built to give a newly formed firm a credible home and ready it for the 2026 standards.
The challenge
Andrew Bolton set C & A Quality Services up in April 2026 as a new company. New as a name, but not a standing start. Andrew has worked in aerospace for most of his career and ran a previous consultancy for several years before this, and the business already works with around 400 clients across 35 countries.
That combination is the interesting part. The company was brand new, but the experience behind it was anything but. So the website had a specific job: to make that track record legible from the first visit. A quality manager in another country who has never heard the name C & A Quality Services needs to see, quickly, that this is a serious, seasoned operation, not a newcomer finding its feet.
It also needed to look ready for what's coming. The industry is heading into its biggest standards shift in years. ISO 9001 is being revised for 2026, and the aerospace standard AS9100 is becoming IA9100 alongside it. A consultancy that helps clients through that transition needs to look ahead of it itself.
And under all of it, a practical requirement. A consultancy runs on email: quotes, audit reports, and enquiry replies all have to land in the inbox, not the spam folder. So the site needed reliable, properly authenticated email from day one, not the patchy default that catches a lot of new sites out.
The approach
We designed, built, and hosted the site in the same studio, so Andrew had one point of contact from first sketch to going live.
WordPress was the right call here. It's mature, familiar, and well understood, and it lets Andrew's side keep the content current without coming back to us for every change. We built the design from scratch as a custom Divi child theme, made for this site alone rather than adapted from a stock template, so the look belongs to C & A Quality Services and nobody else.
The structure follows what the consultancy actually does. Clear service pages, room to explain the 2026 transition, and a straightforward route for a prospect anywhere in the world to get in touch. The design keeps things calm and uncluttered, which suits a technical audience that wants substance over noise.
To fix the email problem properly, we wrote bespoke PHP to wire the site into the client's own SMTP setup. That means everything the site sends goes out through a proper authenticated route and arrives reliably, which is exactly the sort of thing that quietly earns its keep long after launch.
We also spent time on performance under the bonnet. The site runs on LiteSpeed, and we tuned it beyond the out-of-the-box defaults so it stays quick for visitors across 35 countries, on whatever connection they happen to be on.
The outcome
C & A Quality Services launched in April 2026 with a website that does the business justice: a credible, professional home that reflects the seriousness of the work and presents the consultancy properly to prospects across its international client base.
Because this was a launch rather than a rebuild, there's no old traffic to measure against. What there is, is a business that now has a proper front door, one that carries the weight of Andrew's experience and is ready for the standards transition it's helping its own clients through, with email that works and a site that loads quickly wherever it's opened.
It's hosted and looked after by us, so Andrew can get on with the consultancy rather than worrying about updates, backups, or security. If anything needs changing, he speaks to the person who built it.
Tech stack
WordPress with Divi and a custom child theme built for this site alone, bespoke PHP for the client's SMTP and email handling, and LiteSpeed with extra performance tuning on top. Hosted on BrainWeb's managed WordPress hosting, with updates, backups, and security monitoring included.
Client quote
"Starting a new company, the website was the one thing I didn't want to lose sleep over. BrainWeb handled all of it, the design, the build, and the hosting, and gave us a site that looks every bit as established as the work we do. I deal with one person who knows the whole project, and things simply get done."

Closing
A new consultancy with a long track record behind it, online and ready for what 2026 brings.
“Ric was suggested to my by a complete stranger and I have been very pleased with his work. He has always completed his work very much on time and the web site he produced for me I thought was exceptional. The pages exuded vigor and enthusiasm and is bound to keep any potential client 'trapped' in the web pages. He is very cost effective and was always willing to make changes to the web pages without hesitation. I would certainly recommend Ric to anyone out there. ”
